Project, then monthly retainer
The problem

Two vehicles, one diary, and the same 4am problem.

Every booking arrived as a phone call or a WhatsApp message and was written into a diary. Twice in one month, the same vehicle got promised to two sunrise groups leaving at the same hour. Both times it was sorted out by waking a driver up.

Tourists were finding them on Google, then bouncing — there was no site, only a Facebook page with a phone number, and half the enquiries came at midnight from people in another time zone who wanted to book, pay and stop thinking about it.

They were also spending on Google Ads with no idea which clicks became trips. The honest answer to “is this working?” was that nobody knew.

What we built

A site that closes, and a dashboard that dispatches.

Two halves: the customer-facing booking flow, and the back office that stops it turning into chaos.

  • Package pages with real prices. Each trip has its own page — duration, inclusions, pickup points, per-head pricing for different group sizes. No “call for rates”.
  • Enquiry to booking in one flow. Date, group size, pickup, contact. Confirmed with a payment link for the advance, so a midnight enquiry can become a booking without anyone being awake.
  • Vehicle & driver calendar. The back office sees every trip against every vehicle. A vehicle already allocated cannot be allocated again — the double-booking is now structurally impossible.
  • Dashboard. Today's trips, tomorrow's trips, advances received, balance due, and which source each booking came from.
  • Local SEO. Google Business Profile claimed and filled out properly, package pages written against what people actually search — “Kanyakumari sunrise tour”, “Kanyakumari one day package” — and a review request sent automatically after each trip.
  • Tracking before spending. Conversion tracking wired up first, so from day one every rupee of ad spend maps to an enquiry and, where it happens, a paid booking.

Results

Four months after launch.

47%

Of bookings now complete on the site without a phone call — including the overnight ones that used to be lost by morning.

0

Double-booked vehicles since the allocation calendar went live. The system will not allow it.

₹210

Cost per enquiry on Google Ads, now measurable — alongside roughly 30 organic enquiries a month from local search.

I stopped keeping the diary in my pocket. That sounds small. It is the whole thing.
