When a family orders custom wedding jewellery, delivery dates are non-negotiable. Missing an auspicious wedding muhurtham date by even a day is a catastrophic brand failure. Previously, customer photos and specifications were scribbled in physical job cards passed between sales reps and workshop artisans.
ADVERTECH developed an end-to-end Order Management system. Each bespoke order captures reference photos, target weight, gold karatage, gemstone preferences, and milestone dates. Karigars receive work orders with exact metal allotments weighed on precision scales.
The system tracks BIS hallmarking laser certification and sends automated WhatsApp/SMS alerts to customers when their ornament is crafted, tested, and waiting at the counter.
